Tingkat Kepatuhan Pembatasan Cairan Berhubungan dengan Terjadinya Hipervolemia pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik

Introduction: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) globally, more than 500 million people had chronic kidney failure in 2014, about 1.5 million people had to undergo dialysis. In 2018 his figure increased by 3.8% in Indonesia.
Objective: The purpose of this study to determine the correlation between the level of compliance with fluid restriction and yhe occurence of hypervolemia on patients with chronic kidney failure in the hemodialysis room of North Lombok District Hospital.
Method: The type of research used is correlation study with a cross cross sectionalas the research design. The population of this study was all hemoadialysis patients at the North Lombok Regency Hospital starting from September to October 2023. The number of population is 52 people. The sample size was 52 people. The sample technique uses total sampling. Spearman rank was used to analys the data.
Results: The results showed that respondents who where compliant with fluid restriction were 12 respondents (23.1%), less were 23 respondents (44.2%) and 17 respondents (32.7%) were not compliant with fluid restrictions. Respondents who experienced mild hypervolemia where 26 respondents (50.0%), moderate hypervolemia were 17 respondents (32.7%) and 9 respondents (17.3%) experienced severe hypervolemia. The statistical test results obtained a value of p = 0.000<α with a relationship correlation tightness of 0.781.
Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there was a correlation between fluid restriction compliance and the occurrence of hypervolemia in North Lombok District Hospital.
